Barrie Neilson, who was one of the first people to set up flotilla sailing in the 1970s in Jaguar 22s, is coming along on January 15^th to talk about chartering, flotilla sailing and what you need to take on a bareboat around the Mediterranean. He personally owns 125 sailing boats and has introduced thousands of people to the joys of sailing. His photographs say it all.
